This is the second All-American that I have (I have # 921 as well) to 21 1/2-Qt, and I love it! The smaller size means that sits on the stove ready for use at any time. While working on the fire before dinner, I often these Canner work into oblivion. When at last (from the table nobody seems to want!), Depending on what I read in the can, but usually something that goes to 10 psi for 90 minutes, it's time to take glasses Canner. They are making some steps in between, but our kitchen table, so I'm going to check / writer, etc., while still able to talk shananigans wonderful and goes to the table to enjoy. Once the Canner's cool, gets a bath soap and vinegar (I have hard water), dried and placed in a drawer for the next batch, the glasses on a towel ready, and kept cool throughout the night and then gone to be taken during the morning coffee is lively. The smaller size means that I do not feel guilty if I do two layers of glass to be (on top of each other). If only I could have 4 liters of picadillo, then I can only 4 liters, and has not lost his sense of guilt in all that space.
Do not get me wrong, I love my 921 too – I would not do what I do without it, but 910 more space in my kitchen.

Nothing better for canning pressure. Small size makes it easier and faster process.
